Retreat for the day in this creative course for women. How do we do it all and what is really important? Learn the essentials of balance for being a woman in the 21st century through the creation of a mandala, drumming exercise, creation of pleasure graph and more! Benefits can include a renewed sense of hope, optimism about life's pleasures and the tools to keep it all going.
